As an RBT at MBS, you’ll spend your day helping amazing kids learn to talk, share, laugh, wait, try, and keep trying. You’ll work in our center-based setting, meeting children where they are and guiding them forward with love and science (yep, ABA is kind of like magic with data!).
You’ll teach real-life skills through games, songs, silly moments, high-fives, and “let’s try that again”s. You’ll be part of a team that celebrates every single win — from a first word to a first friend.

✅ Basic Requirements:

You’re 18 or older
-
You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent

If you’re already certified as an RBT, awesome! If not — no worries — we’ll help you get there via guidance or our in-house RBT Course

You’re willing to get CPR certified within your first 90 days (We can do that too!)

You’re able to pass a background check

You will uphold the highest level of professionalism by keeping all client health information secure and confidential in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Access to protected health information (PHI) is limited strictly to the information necessary to perform your job duties.
🤫 Non-Disclosure Agreement
All staff are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon hire. This agreement ensures that any confidential or sensitive information about clients, families, employees, or business operations remains private — even after employment ends.
📱 Social Media Policy
Upon hire, all employees agree to follow the Social Media Policy outlined in the Employee Handbook. This policy is in place to protect client confidentiality and ensure professional online behavior that reflects our mission and values.
