Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Overview:

The RBT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings. RBT’s will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/
Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Job Overview:

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) provides family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior
challenges and skill deficits. Behavior Analyst are responsible for conducting evaluation assessments,
writing, implementing and monitoring care plans/behavior intervention plans, as well as providing
parent education on ABA and supervising RBT’s.
